About this messaging program

Christian Abad sends SMS text messages to customers who provide their mobile number and opt in. Messages are conversational and transactional in nature, specifically: appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, follow-ups, and customer support. Christian Abad does not send messages to purchased lists and does not send cold outreach.

How you opt in (consent)

You provide your express consent to receive SMS from Christian Abad when you:

• enter your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our intake, contact, or booking form; or
• give us your number and agree to texts during a call or in person; or
• text our business number first to start a conversation.

The consent language presented at sign-up reads: "I agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Christian Abad at the phone number I provided above for appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, follow-ups, and customer support. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency is low (typically 0-4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to cancel, HELP for help."

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opting out — reply STOP

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may opt back in at any time by texting START.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
